VIP, Platinum, and Saturday Passes are likely to SELL OUT during pre-sale. See below for more detailed information: All admission sales are final. No refunds. If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket will be valid for the next HHW event.
Discounted pre-sale tickets are non-refundable. However, HorrorHound Weekend is one of the few events that allows you to use an unused event ticket for the next HHW show. Starting with the Fall of 2025 event, if you are unable to attend the event your ticket was purchased for, you may hold onto it for the next available event. If the ticket is not used for that event, it will expire. (Any tickets purchased prior to April of 2025 can be used for up to 18 months from purchase.) This policy is especially helpful if a guest you were hoping to meet cancels, as you can use your ticket for the next event in case they reschedule. Additionally, many fans have resold their tickets via social media in the past.
