VENDOR BOOTHS:

WE ARE NO NOT ACCEPTING NEW VENDOR APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME

IMPORTANT: To apply as a vendor for HorrorHound Weekend, you must complete the official vendor request form. Form will launch in early MAY. Be sure to include your full name, company name, Website (if applicable), and what do you sell! It is really helpful to include links to your site (social media, etc), showcasing images of your vendor products and vendor booth set-up. HorrorHound Weekend has a vetting process for new vendors. We will not offer space to vendors who do not meet the genre-specific needs our attendees expect (ie: no "gutter guard" or "vacation offer" vendors need apply). HHW also makes an effort to limit the number of vendor types, to make sure the quality of the vendor room. If you are approved, you will receive an email with a direct link to secure vendor space for HorrorHound Weekend.

Vendor links are emailed in batches, using a combination of a first-come, first-served basis and a selection process to ensure a diverse range of vendors for our attendees. For example, we will not allocate the entire vendor hall to t-shirt vendors. This process helps protect vendors while creating a dynamic and engaging shopping experience for attendees. Vendor tables are only guaranteed upon payment through the ordering link provided in our email. Do not send payments via mail or PayPal without prior written approval.

The ONLY way to secure a vendor space is by submitting your information through the official vendor request form, above. Important: When applying, be sure to include your company name and a clear description of what you sell. Again, it is really helpful to include links to your site (social media, etc), showcasing images of your vendor products and vendor booth set-up.

Each booth measures approximately 6x6 feet and includes two chairs and two vendor badges.

If you have successfully paid for vendor space but do not see your business listed, please email us to let us know. If you’re an attending vendor and need to update your logo or artwork, please send the corrected files to weekend@horrorhound.com. Any emailed vendor requests will not be read; companies interested in securing vendor space must submit a vendor application, via the above form (link).

Please note: We are not yet accepting vendor applications or waitlist requests. If you did not receive a response regarding your vendor application after submitting past forms, you may reapply when vendor solicitations open for our next event. Thank you.
