VENDOR BOOTHS
- When applying, please include:
- Your full name
- Company name
- Website (if applicable)
- A clear description of the products you sell
- Links to your website and/or social media
- Photos of your products and vendor booth setup

Note: We use a vetting process for new vendors and only accept vendors whose products are relevant to our audience.
- No unrelated products or services (e.g., “gutter guard” or “vacation offer” vendors)
- We limit the number of similar vendor types to maintain quality and diversity
- If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a direct link to secure your vendor space for HorrorHound Weekend.

Vendor invitations are sent in batches based on a combination of first-come, first-served, and curated selection, ensuring a diverse and engaging shopping experience for attendees.
- For example, we do not fill the vendor hall with only t-shirt vendors.

Vendor tables are only guaranteed upon payment through the ordering link provided in our email.
- Do not send payment via mail or PayPal without prior written approval.
- The only way to secure a vendor space is by submitting your information through the official vendor request form linked above.

Booth Details:
- Each booth measures approximately 6x6 feet
- Includes two chairs and two vendor badges

Below is the list of confirmed vendors attending our September 12–14, 2025 event. Check back regularly, as new vendors are added!
- If you have paid for vendor space but do not see your business listed, please email us so we can update our records.
- To update your logo or artwork, send new files to weekend@horrorhound.com.
- Please note: Any emailed vendor requests will not be read; all applications must be submitted through the official vendor application form (link above).
- We are not currently accepting new vendor applications or waitlist requests. If you did not receive a response to a previous application, you may reapply when the next solicitation period opens.
