VENDOR BOOTHS:

IMPORTANT: If submitting to be a vendor for HorrorHound Weekend – you must fill out the proper vendor request form – and be sure to include your full name, company name, Website (if applicable), and what do you sell! HorrorHound Weekend has a vetting process for new vendors. We will not offer space to vendors who do not meet the genre-specific needs our attendees expect (ie: no "gutter guard" or "vacation offer" vendors need apply). HHW also makes an effort to limit the number of vendor types, to make sure the quality of the vendor room. If you are approved, you will receive an email with a direct link to secure vendor space for HorrorHound Weekend.

Vendor links are emailed in batches, via a combination of first-come/first-serve, as well as filtering to assure a broad vendor selective for our attendees (i.e. we will not sell out our vendor room to 100 t-shirt vendors). This is done so to protect the vendors themselves, as well as assure a dynamic vendor room for attendees. Tables are only guaranteed via payment through the ordering link submitted in our email to you. Please, DO NOT mail or paypal funds without prior-written approval - the ONLY way to secure a space is to email your information to via the link form above (again, it is very important to include your company name – and what you sell). It is VERY important to include what you sell! Booths are approx 6x6' in space and include two chairs and two vendor badges.

Below is a list of confirmed attending vendors for our March 22-24th, 2024 event (Check back often, as vendors are confirmed). If you have successfully paid for vendor space, but do not see your business listed below, please email us and let us know of the omission. We no longer accepting new vendor requests or requests to be placed on waiting lists. If you do not receive an email, after submitting the vendor form, you can reapply at the start of vendor solicitations at our next event..
