HORRORHOUND UNDERGROUND
We are excited to introduce HorrorHound Underground, a new vendor experience that occurs exclusively at our Spring HHW events.
HorrorHound Underground will be located on the first floor of the Sharonville Convention Center, inside the Mask-Fest Ballroom, just around the corner from the HorrorHound Film Festival screening room and the Food Court. While Mask-Fest will continue as a Fall-only event, HorrorHound Underground takes over this space every Spring.
What is HorrorHound Underground?
HorrorHound Underground is designed as a curated “Vendor Lounge” experience, created specifically for newer vendors, artists, and immersive concepts. Attendees will be able to shop while films, including classic Grindhouse and Drive-In movies, play throughout the weekend within the vending area.
The space will feature comfortable seating, cocktail areas, and a variety of unique vendor setups, including interactive fan experiences and photo opportunities.
Examples of the type of concepts we welcome include: Lenora’s Midnight Rental, where our hostess brings a nostalgic video store experience to life.
The goal of HorrorHound Underground is to continuously evolve, offering fresh, memorable, and unexpected experiences with every show.

IMPORTANT: To apply as a vendor for HorrorHound Weekend, you must complete the official vendor request form.

When applying, please include:
- Your full name
- Company name
- Website (if applicable)
- A clear description of the products you sell
- Links to your website and/or social media
- Photos of your products and vendor booth setup

Note: We use a vetting process for new vendors and only accept those whose products match our audience.
- No unrelated vendors (e.g., “gutter guard” or “vacation offer”)
- We limit similar vendor types to maintain diversity

If approved, you will receive an email with a direct link to secure your vendor space.

Invitations are sent in batches using first-come-first-served plus curated selection.
- Example: We do not fill the hall with only t-shirt vendors.

Vendor tables are only guaranteed upon payment through the emailed link.
- Do not send payment by mail or PayPal without written approval.
- The only way to secure space is through the official request form.

Booth Details:
- Each booth is approximately 6×6 feet.
- Includes two chairs and two vendor badges.

Accepted Vendors:
- Booth placement within the vending hall is never guaranteed and may change show to show.
- Being accepted as a vendor does not guarantee space at future events.
- Future vending opportunities may be revoked at any time based on adherence to vendor rules and professional conduct toward staff, convention center employees, fellow vendors, celebrity guests, and attendees.
