VENDOR BOOTHS

When applying, please include:
- Your full name
- Company name
- Website (if applicable)
- A clear description of the products you sell
- Links to your website and/or social media
- Photos of your products and vendor booth setup

Note: We use a vetting process for new vendors and only accept those whose products match our audience.
- No unrelated vendors (e.g., “gutter guard” or “vacation offer”)
- We limit similar vendor types to maintain diversity
- If approved, you will receive an email with a direct link to secure your vendor space.

Invitations are sent in batches using first-come-first-served plus curated selection.
- Example: We do not fill the hall with only t-shirt vendors.

Vendor tables are only guaranteed upon payment through the emailed link.
- Do not send payment by mail or PayPal without written approval.
- The only way to secure space is through the official request form.

Booth Details:
- Each booth is approx. 6×6 feet.
- Includes two chairs and two vendor badges.

Accepted Vendors:
- Exact or booth placement within vending hall is never guaranteed and can change show to show.
- Being accepted as a vendor does not guarantee space in any future events.
- Future vending opportunities can be revoked at any time based on understanding and upholding of vendor rules and civility towards staff, convention center employees, fellow-vendors, and celebrity guests – but most importantly, attendees.
- By agreeing to purchase space, you are agreeing to terms and conditions laid out in vendor approval form. If you would like a copy of said terms, please email event.
